Nashville, TN – March 10, 2022 – Country Artist/Songwriter Greg Pratt releases his new single It Don’t Last Long,” available now on all streaming platforms. The single was written by John Cirillo and Jan Essenburg and produced by Jase Williams of PGMG Nashville.

Pratt hopes the single will impact fans the same way it did for him, setting the tone for his upcoming EP due out in late 2022. He knew he wanted to record the song the minute he heard it. After two challenging years due to the pandemic, “It Don’t Last Long” is a great reminder to live each day to the fullest.

“Life is about living it," said Greg Pratt. "This song hit me right in the soul, especially during the past two years of craziness. It was just something I had to say and I think millions need it to be said at this point. No matter how long one's life is, ‘it don't last long!’ Best I can tell, we only get one chance at this life. We've got to live every minute of it until we can't any longer."

It Don’t Last Long is available now on Spotify, Pandora, Apple Music and anywhere you stream music.

About Greg Pratt:

Born and raised in the home of the blues, Memphis Tennessee, the son of a family of doctors, Pratt was being groomed to become another doctor – a proud family tradition. With only one credit left to graduate, He left school, packed his car with a few personal belongings, and with only about $3 in his pocket, set out to make his mark in Music City.

Needless to say, it was a shock for those who had other dreams for Greg Pratt. With dreams of his own, he was determined to carve his own path in life. Nashville was the place to do it.

Over the next five years, Pratt taught himself to play guitar, write a song and developed a powerful baritone voice that reverberates all the way to the listeners soul. He worked his way from the back kitchen of a Nashville restaurant to the top Broadway stages as one of the most sought after live performers in twang town, with visiting fans spanning the globe.

Loved and supported by industry veterans like WSM Radio icon Devon O’Day, Pratt is reaching new audiences that most young aspiring artists can only dream of reaching early in their career. Pratt’s lifelong dream of one day being a member of the Grand Ole Opry is coming into focus.

Greg has a number of singles lined up for release in 2022 ahead of an EP due out later this year.
